Industries need to set plants in the Hills to stop Migration from Uttarakhand : DG UCOST

A seminar was organised by Intellectual Foundation in the Rajpur, in that Dr. Rajendra Dobhal Director General UCOST said Industries need to set plants in the hills to stop the migration of youth from Uttarakhand. He also added that there is a storng need to set collobration between Institutes and Industires.
