This programme will have wide spread ramification in providing opportunities for self-employment, drudgery elimination and to provide better medical, nutrition, health hygiene and environment facilities to remove occupational & domestic hazards.

This will be based on cherished goals of gandhian principles, focusing on leveraging socio economic status of under-priviledged classes like SC/ST, weaker sections, women and rural people of the society.
