UCOST Web Portal (www.ucost.in) has been serving the needs of citizens as a single window access to information and services provided by the Uttarakhand State Council for Science & Technology, Department of Science & Technology, Government of Uttarakhand. For the Smooth running of the website on 16th May 2015, Council established internal Web Management Cell (WMC). The Portal has been revamped on 11 June 2015 with new information architecture, look and feel and improved discoverability of information and services.
