Online Applications for State Level Science Based Competitions

Uttarakhand State Council for Science and Technology (UCOST) in collaboration with VigyanPrasar, Noida is celebrating February 22-28, 2022 as the glorious week Vigyan Sarvatra Pujyate  under the edges of Azadika Amrit Mahotsav (celebrating the 75^th Year of Indian Independence).

Following State Level Competitions are being organized:

• Essay Writing on Science and its Importance(Max 800 words)
• Slogan Writing to promote Scientific temper(Max 50 words)
• Poem Writing to create awareness in Science (Max 200 words)
• Poster Making on Science around us (entries are invited on A4 size with clear photos of high resolution).

Entries are invited in 4 groups:

• Group 1: 1st to 4th Classes
• Group 2: 5th to 8th Classes
• Group 3: 9th to 12th Classes
• Group 4: Graduation and above

All the entries are to be submitted only by Email: ucost.scienceweek@gmail.com(No physical copies will be accepted)

Terms and Conditions:

1. Last date of the entries: 20^th February 2022 (5.0 PM)
2. Entries for the competition are open in both languages (Hindi/ English) and only from residents of Uttarakhand.
3. Only one entry will be accepted from each participants under each category
4. Email must contain name of participant, father name, mobile no, class, school name and district.
5. Top three entries from each group under each section will be awarded on valedictory function on 28th February 2022.
6. All the entries will be validated by the panel of Experts Jury.
7. Certificate of participation will be given to all the participants.
